Our New House!

Well, most of it at least! I haven't had an ounce of time to get this post done complete with pictures until now. Take a look at what we have so far and I promise I will post pics of the upstairs and bedrooms soon. Sorry about the wait but enjoy your tour!

We have had so much to unpack and get organized but we are just about done and I am thrilled to be done! This house is amazing and the neighborhood is fantastic. We have already met some great neighbors and there are so many kids, some even Roman and Capri's age. Tucker and I feel really happy to be here but we still miss all of you back home-Love you all!

In Their Easter Sunday Best-just a bit late!

I know I am way behind, but I promised more pictures of these two in their easter outfits and I now have finally delivered!

I'm Here!

It has been quite awhile since my last post because things have been a bit insane around here! Moving is never easy, especially when moving out of state, but we are so grateful for all of the help we have received from friends and family (isn't it nice to have both your immediate family and your in-laws in town!). I have to single out my family in particular, especially my mom. Not only did she host me and the kids for over a week, but she dove right into the packing each day while being sick to her stomach! I don't know how I will ever repay her but I do know that I must be the luckiest daughter in the world. She is the best! The guys moved everything into the trailer (with the help of Cheri who can't let a man's job go to the men alone) and now all we have to do is unpack everything once the trailer arrives here in San Diego tomorrow. Fun stuff.  ;)  So, that is what we will be doing for the next week or so while we deal with the ongoing stomach sickness that now my kids have. Now I am sounding like a negative nelly-just trying to vent. I really am so excited about this new home and neighborhood so I will keep my focus on that and will get pictures to you as soon as we move in!

Just a side-note, I have started a new blog for my scrapbook pages I created for Roman and Capri. I haven't had the time to upload all of my pages, but it is a start. Check it out if you have some time by clicking on the link to the right!

I am a family man

Well I am home alone. My beautiful wife and precious children are in Salt Lake packing up the rest of our belongings in preparation of our move this weekend. This has left me in an empty house and time to appreciate how I am the luckiest man on earth. My wife is without a doubt the most amazing, capable, wonderful person on the planet. She is the best mother I could ever hope for. Thanks to her, Roman and Capri are as smart as they are cute. When I get home from work Alysha has the twins fed, bathed, and dressed in their pajamas. My twins are so unbelievably cute! After a couple of hours of playing with them they are ready for bed. One would think that Alysha, after caring for a couple of 13 month old babies all day, would be frazzled and exhausted. She is always so beautiful and pleasant I am without a doubt the luckiest man on earth. These few days of being a bachelor has convinced me that I am forever a family man - I love you Sweetheart, and I love my Babies.
