Where do I begin? When finding out that I was pregnant with twins, Tucker and I knew we were in for an adventure. Twins meant two cribs, two car seats, two swings, two bouncers and the double stroller which we call "The Bus." Getting ready for these babies was quite the task and yet we had no idea what was to come, you know, when we actually brought the babies home to use all of this stuff. Tucker put it best as he finished the nursery, "Well if this is the hardest part of fatherhood, I think I'll be set!" Funny. Needless to say, things were a bit shaky at first, but we have pulled through those first three months and feel like champions knowing our babies are healthy and happy. Yes, I said champions.
Roman is our mellow baby who must take after his dad. He is sleeping through the night (thank goodness!) and is perfectly content 99% of the time. He has recently started laughing which makes everything right with the world. He also just discovered these pudgy little things called hands and will stare at them as he moves them closer and closer until he hits himself in the face. We may have to work on his hand-eye coordination down the road.Capri is perfectly content...hmmm...she has her moments. Just kidding. She is our little diva and simply has some "Curtis" in her as Grampy would say. She is so darling and quick to smile. Capri will be our social butterfly as she loves to talk and interact with everyone including the birds on her swing mobile. She is covered in rolls and dimples that we absolutely love and wonder why our own rolls and dimples aren't so cute. EEWWW!
